Hope you guys had a great holiday season, back to routine you must have noticed that the festivities with all the makeup, food and wine excess have taken a toll on your skin and to add to it the winter which makes the skin even more dry and dull, so I thought I’d share with you my quick 2-step post festive skincare routine, to scrub out the dullness and restore the hydration, lets go ahead and pamper our skin this weekend!
DIY Rice and Milk Face Scrub:
Rice has beencommonly used in beauty routines in Asia. It works as a natural anti ageing ingredient and has great oil absorbing propeties. This is a very quick facial scrub that can be used 2-3 times a week for clean, smooth and radiant looking skin. This is one of my favourites and your skin will thank you for this.
Things you will need:
- Rice (powdered)
Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask
The next step would be to hydrate my skin with the Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask. This mask is suitable for all skin types and it gives my skin intense hydration almost instantly, a must have for people with dry skin, this a quick fix.
Unfold the mask and ensure that the blue protective film is facing outwards and then smoothen it to ensure contact with the skin. Remove the protective film and leave for 15 minutes. Peel off the mask gently from the edges and massage the serum into skin.
