Holi is one of the biggest festivals in India. This festival symbolises harmony and happiness and that’s what we see the everyone playing with colors, forgetting all the worries and tensions. But after this festival is over you have to ta good care of your skin and hair, as these colours can damage them. ( try playing with organic colours to avoid the damage). Here are two easy DIY to pamper your skin and hair post HOLI. 

Post Holi skincare
:

The color pigments can dry the skin out, so you need something that will moisturise your skin without being too harsh. After washing your body with cold or warm water try this DIY body scrub.

Rich OAT and MILK body scrub:


This is an easy 2 ingredient body scrub all you need for this is :

  • 1 cup oats (ground)
  •  1/4 cup milk.


Mix these together and apply on body and face and gently scrub off using warm water. Your skin will feel moisturised and soft after this.


Post holi hair care:

First rinse your hair with cold or warm water to allow all the colors wash off from your hair. After using a mild shampoo, you can apply this easy DIY deep conditioner. For this you will need :

  • 1 Tbsp yougurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil


Mix all these ingredients together and then apply to your hair after it has been washed by shampoo. Leave this for 30-45 minutes and then rinse off. Your hair will be super shiny and smooth.
