As we are approaching the colder months, we should make sure we take good care of our skin as this weather can really dry out the skin.  Today I’m going to share with you an easy DIY moisture restoring mask. This mask contains only two ingredients, coconut oil, and honey.

DIY FACEMASK FOR WINTER
Why coconut oil and honey mask:

This coconut oil and honey mask is incredible for the skin. The coconut oil is naturally antibacterial and antifungal. It is one of the best natural moisturizers for your skin. And honey contains antioxidants and also helps repair damaged tissue. So a mask with coconut oil and honey will work wonders on your skin especially during the harsh winter months.

What you need:

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Mix both these ingredients in a small bowl. Then apply this mask onto cleansed skin and massage in circular motions. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes and then wash off using warm water or a washcloth soaked in warm water.

This miracle mask is so easy to make and will help protect and moisturize your skin when the colder months rip the moisture from the skin. Use this mask at least once a week.DIY FACEMASK FOR WINTER - CHAI & LIPSTICK
