Spring sun is hitting hard in Goa and is time to lock up those black outfits and bring out those all-whites. Even though this is one of the most difficult outfits to pull off it is also one of the coolest. So today I’m going to share with you the ways to pull of an all-whiter.
And to add to those heaty vibes, Jude & I are taking you to one of Goa’s best Mexican restaurant ‘Habenero’. Ready for a chilled chilly weekend? Scroll down
Babymoon is a romantic trip taken by the parents-to-be to have a vacation and spend some quality time together before the baby arrives. I highly recommend taking this trip as it is a great way to bond together.
My husband and I decided to do a babymoon as the last few months have been all about taking doctors appointments, scans, full working hours, shopping for the baby and this can be overwhelming. We really needed some time off, to spend the last moments of just the two together before we are joined by our little baby.
We decide to do our babymoon in Malta. Malta is a beautiful island located between Sicily and the North African Coast. As this period is a time to be careful moneywise and prepare for baby budget etc. we took an all-inclusive package and got a really great deal on Wowcher.
Babymoon is all about relaxing, so we decided to spend time at the hotel and hit the pool whenever we got a chance.
Places we visited
Malta is full of scenic locations which are beautiful to capture on camera. These are few of the places we visited.
The Popeyes’s village
The Popeyes village is one of the famous tourist destinations in Malta. The ticket to enter the village is about €14.50 and you also get a few freebies with this ticket.
The capital city of Valletta
The capital city of Valletta is a must to visit. It has some really beautiful lanes which will allow you to admire the architecture.
St Johns Cathedral:
This cathedral is the most beautiful I have ever seen, it literally gave me goosebumps when I entered. The cathedral is dedicated to Saint John the Baptist and is located in Valletta.
The entrance fee to this beautiful cathedral is 10 euros if you’re in Valetta don’t forget to visit this.
Tips for mommy-to-be during babymoon
Talk to the airline you will be flying with, to know if you would be allowed to fly. Some airlines may require a letter from your doctor
Carry your medical notes and insurance.
It’s important to carry some snacks and a bottle of water with you at all times.
The best time to travel would be your second trimester.
Comfy clothes are a must.
Enjoy the attention!

Spring season is finally here, and so is the question of how to dress when it’s 38 degrees in the day 22 at night.
So today’s post is about my spring OOTD and my mid-week getaway to this awesome restaurant called Tierra y Mar with the perfect combination of Goan ambiance and Spanish food.
My Spring OOTD
I wore a plunge neck backless crop top. Spring means flowers, and what makes my top perfect is it’s a beautiful floral print for spring. Bell sleeves to keep it on trend. I paired it with high waist black jeans and a black strap faux leather belt and black pointed toe sneakers.
I styled my hair into boxer braids and accessorized with a two-piece necklace and my new favorite sunnies. I always carry a little cap to protect myself from the sun, nowadays I am loving my Baker Boy Hat.
Top: Zara Jeans: Westside Belt: Westside Sneakers: Romwe Sunnies: Romwe
I always make it a point to carry a mid-season trench, to be ready for the sudden weather changes that are so common in spring.
Let’s go – Tierra Y Mar
Tierra Y Mar is a 15 – 20-minute drive from Panjim city. It is a hidden gem that is not visible from the main road. To access this restaurant you have to take a small path through the Paper Boat Collective store.
We were pleasantly surprised by the deco that is very traditional Goan style with the coconut palm-thatched roof, and a very beautiful theme of blue and white, a little hint of Greece in Goa!
Jude and I were super excited to have discovered this restaurant and couldn’t wait to try out the food, hoping it would be as good as the deco and ambiance of this place!
Tierra Y Mar offers a very tempting Spanish menu which changes depending on the catch of the day and they have a very interactive style of order placement. They explain to you what they have, and suggest different ways to prepare it, so you can choose as per your preference. I love this personalized concept that makes it really unique and made me feel special 🙂

In today’s post, I am talking about how I spent my weekend in that ‘susegad’ Goan way. From comfy yet stylish dressing to a newly discovered riverside restaurant, this post has everything you need for your ‘weekend in Goa’ inspiration.
I had to make time to write down a post on Goa, being my hometown and a very famous tourist destination worldwide, I wanted to share with you experiences from my latest trip! I hope you will enjoy reliving the moments with me and also I hope this article inspires you to add Goa to your travel bucket list.
Within the walls of what we call home, Ingrid and I discovered a place which captures the true essence of Goa. Tiracol a small village bordering Goa and Maharashtra, documents the culture of Goa to its deepest roots. Amongst the 100 catholic houses of the little village, is a star attraction, the 16th century Fortress (turned boutique hotel), we had the pleasure of staying at: FORT TIRACOL HERITAGE HOTEL.
For our sister getaway, we were looking for a place to leave behind the stress and reconnect with each other, to our pleasant surprise we were not only able to do just that but came back home feeling more connected than ever to our homeland GOA!
Marseille is a beautiful city in the south of France, on the coast of the Mediterranean sea. The limestone covered rocks ( les calanques) contrasting with the turquoise blue of the sea makes the view almost surreal. I definitely recommend making a stop here if you are travelling for a holiday to France.
I am so happy to share the highlights of my short trip in a video 🙂 I hope you like it!
